All of our dresses and kimono tops are very precious to us, as they are made with the best quality silks. We will do everything to make sure they are packaged with care and securely protected on their journey to you!
And you’ll love this… contiguous ground shipping is on us, which means you pay ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
Once we lovingly pack and ship your order, we’ll send you a tracking number so you will know exactly when to expect it!
Here is our shipping policy:
All orders are processed using FedEx.
For contiguous US states:
- Ground - FREE: Transit time is typically 3 - 5 days, with delivery Tuesday - Saturday.
- Second Day Air - $18.95: For all orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST, transit time is by the end of the second business day (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). For all orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST, please expect one additional day of transit time.
- Overnight - $24.95: For all orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST, transit time is by the end of the next business day (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). For all orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST, please expect one additional day of transit time.
For non-contiguous US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO.
- Ground - $14.00: Transit time is typically 7 - 10 days, with delivery Monday - Friday.
- Second Day Air - $18.95: For all orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST, transit time is by the end of the second business day (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). For all orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST, please expect one additional day of transit time.
What are your shipping options for international orders?
At this time, only one flat rate is available for all international orders.
- International - $150.00:There is a 4lb limit on all orders. Transit time is typically 7 - 21 days, with delivery Monday - Friday.
All international orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials. Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
We currently use Fed Ex on fulfilling all our customer orders (both domestic and international) due to their reliability and package tracking. However, we value our international customers, and understand your desire to seek more cost effective shipping methods.
